All Ratchet strap, must come with a label indicating size, maximum load, and WLL(working load limited). Remember, the WLL Is not the maximum load, always use the WLL when selecting ratchet strap. It Is the responsibility of the user to determine the number of straps needed to secure his load safety based on the WLL rule.
Europe Standard (EN12195-2):Working Load Limited (WLL) : Maximum Load : Webbing Max Capacity =1:2:3
American Standard (WSTDA-T-1): Working Load Limited (WLL) : Maximum Load -1:3
Warning:
1.Only use undamaged ratchet lashing, the label indicating the capacity must be clearly legible.
2.Ratchet lashings should not be used as a load lifting gear.
3. Donot place loads on the ratchet lashing, which could cause damage.
4.Ratchet lashings must not be overload.
5.Avoid twisted positioning of the ratchet lashing.
6.Do not tie knots in the webbing.
7.Protect the webbing against abrasion andior cutting by using edge protectors and sleeves for sharp edges.
